TRADITIONAL MALONA/RHODIAN RECIPES

ZOOPA- Malona is renowned for its quality and abundance of olive oil, so the Zoopa was created. Simply toast a slice of home made bread or a slice of continental bread ( ideally on charcoal when you are having lamb on the spit) dip the bread in extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle some salt or oregano, have the ouzo or wine ready and enjoy the taste.
